Homepage of Prof. Dr. Sergey Streltsov
Currently I'm a principal investigator and head of the Theory of low-dimensional spin systems sector at the Institute of Metal Physics (IMP) of Russian academy of sciences (RAS). I graduated the Ural Federal University in 2003 and recieved PhD degree at the same university in 2005. I got Doctor of Science degree (russian) at the IMP in 2014 in the group Prof. Vladimir Anisimov and became Professor of RAS in 2015.
My research interest is mainly focused on the physical properties of transition metal compounds, which we study using various ab initio methods such as the density function theory (DFT) and dynamical mean-field theory (DMFT).
